Bonjour Union Street French Cafe! Just wanted to say what a Godsend that we found such a GEM in Pasadena. The food, coffee, service, and atmosphere were all SUPERB! The owner and all the staff were extremely friendly and warm. I had the croque monsieur and have to say that was the best and an excellent bechamel sauce too! We would like to thank you for the fantastic food and outstanding hospitality.
An authentic French cafe located in the heart of Pasadena, this establishment has some of the best paninis and pastries you’ll find in all of Pasadena, perhaps even in all of Eastern LA County! Ordered the chicken, pesto, tomato, & mozzarella panini which I highly recommend.
I’ve been wanting to try a canelé for so long, and I finally found it here! I went in just before it was about to close, ordered my first-ever canelé (6), and was given two! It absolutely made my day. It tastes good, especially after putting in the freezer!
The food was divine! The winter tart was perfection. My husband loved the breakfast croissants sandwich. The Leo was the best coffee I have ever had. So smooth and perfectly sweet. Oh I will miss this place and can’t wait to visit again!
A wonderful French café! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the food is absolutely amazing. The coffee is rich and flavorful, the croissants are fresh, light, and simply melt in your mouth. I especially loved the egg sandwiches — perfectly made and so delicious. The owner is such a lovely woman who clearly cares deeply about her café. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to everyone!
One of the best avocado toasts I've ever had in my life . The matcha was perfect, and the place is absolutely beautiful. I believe this place should consider expanding because everything they serve is delicious. The only downside was that they had run out of croissants by 11 am on a Sunday . Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this cafe.
